Initiate Your Request

Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back or exchange.

Prepare Your Package

Carefully pack the items in their original primary packaging to ensure the glass bottles are protected during transit.

Print and Attach Label

Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and securely affix it to the outside of your return box.

Drop Off and Refund

Hand your package to the designated carrier; once received at our warehouse, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
